The Crawfordsville Park and Recreation Department offers a variety of recreational and fitness opportunities as well as organized programs for all ages.  Gymnasium, game room, weight room and walking track are available on a drop-in basis.  Monthly and annual passes are available.  Athletic leagues and fitness programs for all ages.  Call for program schedules and hours of operation.

Linden Railroad Museum

Purdue University Cooperative Extension’s progam available to children grades 3 -12.  Club activities cover a variety of interests and abilities, and are located throughout the county.  Registration deadline is March 15.  Mini 4-H is available for 2nd graders.

Sugar Creek Trail

Park and Recreation Department’s 4-mile trail that runs from Crawfordsville High School to Sugar Creek.  Access points include CHS, RR Donnelly Trail Head Park on Big Four Arch Rd., and Rock River Landing at 44 Rock River Ridge Rd.  Trail is available year-round at no charge.  Bicycles, strollers, roller blades and walkers, and dogs on leashes are all welcome.
