We have 72 units. These are for 55 plus with a limited number of units available for under 55. We do allow small pets. All residents get a free membership to the fitness.

Federally funded rent assistance program.  Family self-sufficiency program for participants who want to become self-sufficient.  Programs are available to low-income families, elderly or disabled persons.   Call the office for an application or to make an appointment.

Emergency shelter and supportive services are available to all victims of abuse.  Services are free and are available to men, women, and children regardless of age or economic status.  Must be a victim of violence, or living with the threat of violence including leaving a child abuse situation.

Non-profit ecumenical Christian housing ministry that partners with families to build or renovate housing for purchase by the partner families. Volunteers help families build their homes.  Families are selected based on their need for shelter and their willingness to work.   Call to learn more.
